I've confirmed with Mr Grealy, your upstairs neighbour, that he has repaired the leak in his bathroom that was causing damage to your bathroom ceiling. When I spoke to him on the telephone he mentioned that he would let you know about this as well.

I'm not sure what happened with the claim form we were sending you for the insurance repair on the ceiling. I'll double check, and make sure you get one in this evening's post. What you'll need to do from there is fill out the form and send it to the insurance company - all the details will be there with it. They should then take it from there, and arrange to pay for the repairs.

As far as contractors who could help with this repair, we know of some who would certainly be able to do this work. Two that we have used in the past that are familiar with Andersen's Wharf in general are:

Mr Ian McKenzie, Treatfield Property Maintenance Ltd., 07860-148-168
Mr Ryan Davis, S.M.L. Maintenance Ltd., 07800-585-630

If the insurance company requires you to locate your own contractor, I am sure either of these will do an appropriate and professional job - both have done insurance work for this insurer previously.

Hopefully they'll be able to get this sorted out quickly - the insurance form will be coming to you this evening.
