This kind of thing does unfortunately happen from time to time. The resident above you will need to repair the leak from where it is coming from, so if you could let me know the flat number above them we'll try to get into contact with them, and have them fix it. The damage to your ceiling (if any) after the surface dries is covered by the building insurance, so I will have an insurance claim for sent out to you to fill out. You'll then need to liase with the insurance company to get the reinstatement work done on your ceiling. Hopefully the leak can be found and stopped before it gets too bad. I'll have a form sent off to you this evening, but if you can either let your upstairs neighbour know, or let me know what flat is upstairs from you if you'd like me to contact them, we'll get a repair started. I first noticed the problem in mid July when I returned from holidays. The water stain has now grown in size over the past couple of days. Could you please advise us as to the best course of action in fixing this problem? Kind regards, Ruiha Webster. http://www.cpmdirect.co.uk http://www.lets-cover.co.uk This Email has been sent under the conditions stated in disclaimer :- http://www.cpmdirect.co.uk/help/important.asp#1
